A stationary, certified steel tank with ceramic and Keramplast coating for heating and storing domestic hot water. Its flange-mounted heat exchanger is suitable for DHW production. The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel pipes, stretched on a tube sheet and supplemented with a carbon steel transfer head, with seals suitable for operation with saturated steam. This product uses low heat output to produce large amounts of hot water in a short time.

The internal protection of the tank is provided by a high-quality ceramic enamel coating in the case of a capacity of 500 liters. Above 800 liters, it has a Keramplast inner surface anti-corrosion treatment, which is suitable for use in aggressive environments and at high operating temperatures (+95°C). Both coatings are suitable for the use and consumption of drinking water.

A connection for the use of an additional heating element is available on the tank.

The insulation is removable in the entire volume range (F), but can also be ordered with removable hard or fixed insulation on request. The tank is covered with PVC on the outside.

The tank is protected against corrosion by a magnesium protective anode located in the tank.

The maximum permissible operating pressure of the tank is 6 bar (8/10 bar on request). The heat exchanger can be used with a maximum pressure of 12 bar. The maximum operating temperature of the tank under pressure is 95°C, the heat exchanger can be used at 175.4°C.
