Magnetic dirt separator for protecting heat pumps and heating/cooling systems

In closed heating and cooling systems with heat pumps, impurities in the circulating medium can cause wear or damage to system components such as pumps, valves, etc. These impurities can also clog heat exchangers, radiator connections and pipes, reducing the thermal efficiency, i.e. the overall performance of the system. The filter built into the magnetic dirt trap removes these particles from the system, especially sand and rust (dissolved iron oxide). These impurities collect at the bottom of the tank. The tank can be easily cleaned by opening the shut-off valve at the bottom.

The dirt trap is made of engineering plastic and is particularly suitable for heating and cooling systems and can be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipes.

The increased tank volume provides a pressure drop in the tank for more perfect filtration.

The extra long magnetic rod ensures that metal impurities adhere to the strong magnet as the liquid flows through the magnetic field.

The capture efficiency is even more efficient, as the filter tank is made of stainless steel throughout its entire depth, and thanks to its frame design, it filters even non-magnetic particles from the flowing liquid.
